Since 1993, our family dedicated its time to the sector of the truffles. With constant efforts and commitment, today, Tesori del Matese became one of the best-known and appreciated companies in the field: leader and a true landmark on the market. For us, food safety goes first and we strive to guarantee this daily to our customers. Our products are thoroughly controlled in each production phase, starting with the receipt of the raw material, to the transformation phases, packaging, storage and transportation.


International achievements

This is how it all started: in 1993, our family began working in the field of processing and commercializing truffle goods, both canned and fresh, focusing on creating a strong, reliable and well-organized business. Years of hard work and relevant experience piled up to bring international recognition and achievements. Today, the fresh mushroom, truffle and canned goods came to represent our core-business. Our truffles are harvested solely from the area of Italian forests, especially the Molise area, protected from industrial agriculture and the use of pesticides and fertilizers.

The Lab

All our products are controlled during the processing phases: from the reception of the raw goods, through the processing, to the storage solutions. Each product undergoes a chemical and microbiological testing process in external laboratories, internationally accredited. Tesori del Matese is FSSC 22000 and IFS certified - the international standard for certifying the safety and quality of food products and production processes.
