The dough of durum wheat semolina and water is enriched with porcini mushrooms, which give it the typical scent and colour of the prized mushrooms; the handcrafted processing preserves its colour and aromas. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms is a first course to be consumed after cooking simply seasoned with a drizzle of oil or milk butter, also suitable for elaborate first courses.
